Job shadowing, Villava, Spain, March 31- April 4, 2025

Between March 31 and April 4, 2025, two English teachers participated in an Erasmus+ mobility program at IESO Pedro de Atarrabia Secondary School in Villava, Spain. The main goal of the visit was to exchange experiences in the fields of minority education and foreign language teaching.

During the program, the participating teachers observed the foreign language teaching methods used by their Spanish colleagues, gained insight into the school’s pedagogical and methodological practices, and obtained information about how the integration of minority students is implemented within the Spanish educational system. They had the opportunity to attend classes, engage in professional discussions, and exchange experiences with the teachers of the host institution.

As a result of the program, closer cooperation is expected between the two schools in the future, and in the long term, the implementation of joint projects is also planned.
